Dr Grieshaber quickly diagnosed a skin condition. The prescription cleared up the problem in less than one week. It was very easy to schedule an appointment, and the office staff was efficient and helpful.

I scheduled an appointment and submitted all required documentation in advance of my visit. Upon arrival, I waited nearly 20 minutes before being called back. Once seen, I explained that I was there for Botox injections to help manage my blepharospasms. At that point, I was informed that the office does not accept insurance for this procedure because, according to them, insurance companies do not cover it.
I provided my approval letter for review, but instead of reassessing, I was asked to proceed with the procedure and pay out of pocket. When I declined, I was escorted back to the waiting room and ultimately left without receiving care.
What made this experience particularly frustrating is that I was referred by another patient who successfully used her insurance for the same treatment with this provider. This situation could have been clarified prior to my appointment, which would have saved me time and unnecessary inconvenience.
Overall, this was a disappointing and avoidable experience due to a lack of clear communication.

I sincerely appreciate Dr. Grieshaber and especially
Her staff. With that experience I don't think she is taking my concerns seriously. I don't get treatment or expensive products. So when I show my concerns about dupixient I am told that it should have worn itself out by now. That may be the protocol but not with me. I still suffer with eyesight problems, and new lip circumstances.

The doc took good care of me
